A "class" is like a "small family," and the direction of class management development at our school creates a friendly, safe, and harmonious learning environment where peers and teachers accept, trust, and complement each other. We aim to strengthen mutual trust and appreciation in order to consolidate this power within the class to assist students in establishing good routines and study habits.。
The activities for class management are as follows:
- Establish classroom rules, such as setting up classroom etiquette, students collectively creating class agreements, and designing a class emblem and slogan to enhance unity and a sense of belonging within the class.
- Cultivate students' spirit of service, such as assigning roles and responsibilities to each student, conducting elections for class monitors and student councils, and encouraging students to contribute to class affairs by creating content for bulletin boards.
- Foster the habit of setting and pursuing goals for students. They should set goals in three areas: one related to learning, one related to caring for others at school, and one related to caring for others at home. This helps students practice the spirit of pursuing goals, and teachers should provide assistance at the beginning of each semester.
- Create a joyful and loving classroom atmosphere by organizing small birthday parties for students, singing birthday songs, cutting cakes, and presenting small gifts to celebrate the birthdays of students.
- Organize inter-class activities such as the Got Talent Show, art bazaar, queueing competitions, and morning assembly emceeing. These activities, conducted at the class level, promote unity throughout the school and strengthen attitudes of trust and appreciation among classmates.
- Establish a good relationship with parents through initiatives like sunshine calls and parent-teacher communication days to enhance communication between the school and parents.
